On February 4, 2019, the City of Federal Way issued the land-use approval for Industrial Realty Group's Warehouse A, the first of five warehouses proposed on the historic Weyerhaeuser corporate campus. This approval follows the SEPA (environmental) approval issued in October 2018.
Both actions are being appealed by Save Weyerhaeuser Campus. The appeal dates have been tentatively set for 10 a.m. on June 20, 21 and 24 (if needed) in the City Council Chambers at Federal Way City Hall, 33325 8th Ave S. The hearing is open to the public.
